Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Analyst III to provide customer support using new and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a final escalation point for complex client issues and drive positive customer experience
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical solutions, maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and assist in the implementation of customer programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, or related field
- Six or more years of relevant industry experience in data-driven applications and relational databases
- Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres
- Knowledge of web programming, including Java and XML
- Experience in handling customer escalations in stressful situations
