Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Analyst III to provide customer support using new and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a final escalation point for complex client issues and drive positive customer experience
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical solutions, maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and assist in the implementation of customer programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, or related field
  • Six or more years of relevant industry experience in data-driven applications and relational databases
  • Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres
  • Knowledge of web programming, including Java and XML
  • Experience in handling customer escalations in stressful situations
