Technical Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team in the Telecom Industry, the full-time Technical Solutions Analyst will assist in sales support, solution design, and project planning while working remotely during Mountain Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Solution Architecture Organization in driving sales through operational support and preparing proposal responses
• Analyze customer requirements to design effective solutions utilizing Zayo products and services
• Provide regular project updates and adhere to timeline expectations for project completion

Required qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a technical sales engineering/support role within the telecommunications industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to explain technical concepts to laypersons in simple, understandable terms
