Job Summary
To support the Solution Architecture Organization, the full-time Technical Solutions Analyst will assist in preparing technical diagrams, sales presentations, and documentation while driving sales support and solution design in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in sales support by managing operational tasks and preparing proposal responses
- Analyze customer requirements to design effective solutions using Zayo products and services
- Provide regular project updates and adhere to timelines for project completion
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a technical sales engineering/support role within the telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with network design and data networking technologies
