Technical Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Owning the solution design layer for complex SaaS initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Architect will evaluate options, define solution approaches, and ensure alignment between business strategy and technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solution design authority for high-impact SaaS initiatives, leading discovery and defining the solution space
• Evaluate and recommend solution options, producing clear documentation that articulates the rationale and tradeoffs
• Navigate and align senior stakeholders around solution direction, educating them on options and implications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, solutions design, or systems strategy
• Strong understanding of SaaS application ecosystems and integration patterns
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured solution approaches
• Familiarity with the CPLC domain is strongly preferred
• Certified Scrum Master within 3 months of start date is required
