Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and define integration approaches for new clients
• Design customer engagement solutions and validate technical feasibility with internal teams
• Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise clients, providing ongoing consultation and support

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, or SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and data integration concepts
• Experience with event-driven architectures and customer data models
• Experience supporting technical implementations for enterprise clients
• Comfortable working with clients across different time zones
