Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to deploy, support, and optimize their platform for enterprise and mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer deployments and onboarding engagements, including endpoint rollout and SaaS integrations
  • Design and implement custom policies and detectors aligned with customer use cases and compliance requirements
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, owning problems through resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Professional Services, Solutions Consultant, or Customer Engineering in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with security or data platforms such as DLP, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, or cloud security solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with APIs, integrations, logs, and SaaS/cloud architectures
  • Experience managing multiple customer engagements or projects concurrently
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure environments is a plus
