Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to manage the technical aspects of enterprise client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity, translating requirements into implementation plans
  • Set up and configure the platform for enterprise clients, writing and refining system prompts and orchestrating platform features
  • Act as the technical liaison for Customer Success and Sales teams, resolving issues and optimizing client configurations based on feedback


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience working directly with clients, including C-Level executives at large organizations
  • Experience in configuring enterprise platforms, with a background in implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering
  • Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of LLM behavior
  • Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
