Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to manage the technical aspects of enterprise client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Join sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity, translating requirements into implementation plans
- Set up and configure the platform for enterprise clients, writing and refining system prompts and orchestrating platform features
- Act as the technical liaison for Customer Success and Sales teams, resolving issues and optimizing client configurations based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working directly with clients, including C-Level executives at large organizations
- Experience in configuring enterprise platforms, with a background in implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering
- Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of LLM behavior
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
