Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant who is technology and client-oriented, focusing on software implementation in educational and governmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates client onboarding to ensure successful adoption of software applications
• Collaborates with Project Managers and Business Solution Consultants to manage project deliverables and technical components
• Executes data migration and ensures clients achieve desired outcomes from the software

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with database knowledge and migration
• Base-level knowledge of managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server
• Base-level knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages
• Experience administering enterprise content management software is a bonus
