Technical Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Technical Solutions Consultant will serve as the technical point of contact for clients, providing scaled support for advertising solutions and resolving technical issues through a ticketing system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to top advertising clients and manage a queue of requests
• Consult with clients on best practices and troubleshoot technical issues related to Meta advertising technologies
• Leverage technical knowledge to address ambiguous client requests and develop creative solutions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, HTTP, and JavaScript
• Experience managing API tools and technical troubleshooting within the Meta ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with SQL and running SQL queries is highly preferred
