Technical Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Technical Solutions Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, analyzing data, optimizing platform configurations, and guiding operational improvements to maximize the value of the company's AI-driven accounting platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical success and ongoing optimization of a portfolio of customers, serving as the primary technical point of contact
• Analyze customer data to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations while translating technical findings into business insights
• Configure and optimize customer environments, managing integration changes and troubleshooting complex issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
• Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise customers
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills
