Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist who will lead the technical strategy for customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and support opportunities in new and existing customer accounts in collaboration with Sales
  • Translate customer business needs into technical solutions utilizing Instaclustr offerings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer and partner communities
Required Qualifications and Education
  • A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience is desired
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Open Source technologies, particularly Cassandra, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Spark, OpenSearch, Valkey, ClickHouse, and Cadence
  • Experience in technical leadership within team selling environments
  • Ability to articulate value propositions that align with customer requirements
