Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to diagnose and resolve issues with digital life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and account managers to provide bug fixes and solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to guide bug fixes and enhancements while addressing partner limitations
Maintain and build internal and customer-facing documentation, ensuring product usability

Required Qualifications

2+ years of full-stack professional software development experience (preferably in Python, Go, or TypeScript)
2+ years of experience debugging and optimizing APIs and querying data sets using SQL
Strong understanding of the SDLC life cycle
Experience using formal ticketing systems such as Jira, Salesforce, or ZenDesk
Experience working on APIs and/or event-driven systems is a strong plus
