Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide mentorship and coaching to Technical Solutions Associates on the Developer platform and AI capabilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Developer platform and AI tools to support customer success
Lead customer pilots and proof-of-concept implementations, leveraging AI to enhance operational impact

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant professional experience supporting a software platform
Previous software development experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Experience building with RESTful APIs and SQL queries
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools
Knowledge or strong interest in the US healthcare industry is a plus
