Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of Performance Advertising, the fully remote Technical Solutions Engineer will act as a technical bridge between advertisers and internal teams, focusing on designing scalable advertising solutions, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating on product improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales teams to understand advertiser objectives and design customized advertising solutions
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to translate advertiser needs into product enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Solutions, Solutions Engineering, or Ad Operations within the advertising industry
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and campaign optimization
• Experience with DSPs, ad exchanges, or performance advertising platforms
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide business recommendations
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
