Technical Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Engineer specializing in SaaS integrations, this full-time remote position will design, develop, and maintain integrations between TeamBuilder and customer EHR systems, while troubleshooting issues and ensuring system interoperability.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations with EHR systems such as EPIC and Cerner
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure data flow and system interoperability
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for integrated systems
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an integration engineer, software engineer, or related discipline
- 5+ years of proven experience integrating third-party vendor projects with large EHR systems
- Strong Python programming skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7v2
- Proficiency in solution design principles and software development methodologies
