Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Technical Solutions Engineer will deliver technical implementations for customers, including data migration and API guidance, while managing multiple projects to ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, and format customer data for import into Arena and extract data for delivery
• Provide guidance on the Arena API and gather technical requirements to develop project estimates
• Participate in internal projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data mapping, transformation, and loading from source to target systems
• 4+ years of proven technical consulting experience in software solution implementation
• Advanced skills with ETL, SQL/MySQL, REST API, and data modeling tools
• Experience with PLM, QMS, or related systems is preferred
