Technical Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical authority for clients utilizing the API platform, the full-time Technical Solutions Engineer will provide architectural consulting, debug complex integrations, and enhance developer resources while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with clients, guiding them through API-based integrations and ensuring their success
- Attend client meetings to support architecture design, API implementation, and testing, translating technical requirements for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain client-facing SDKs, code samples, and API documentation to facilitate self-service onboarding and enhance the developer experience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role with coding responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, the primary language for API work
- Fluency with RESTful API design and integration patterns, including authentication flows and error handling
- Experience creating client-facing developer resources such as SDKs and API documentation
- Demonstrated ability to independently debug complex integration issues in real-time with client engineers
