Technical Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of solutions engineers, the full-time Technical Solutions Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact software solutions and integrations in a remote environment, while managing project planning and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solutions engineers, setting team culture and engineering standards
• Manage project delivery by translating requirements into technical solutions, defining project scope, and tracking progress
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance, while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years in a management role
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture and experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, and agile practices
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools, specifically Claude (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management of engineers
