Technical Solutions Lead

Job Summary

To support the integration of advanced AI solutions, the full-time Partner Technical Solutions Lead will build and maintain technical blueprints, collaborate with product leads, and provide high-level technical support remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain joint technical blueprints for integrating InSight DXP with AI solutions
• Collaborate with Vertical Product Leads to align the SaaS roadmap with Hyperscaler AI capabilities
• Provide Level-3 technical support and training for PreSales and Solution Architects

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Cloud Architecture, SaaS Engineering, or Technical PreSales
• Expertise in API integrations, Vector Databases, and LLM grounding logic
• Certifications in at least two major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
