Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join their customer success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical integration processes with health system customers, ensuring alignment with their IT infrastructure
  • Act as the integration and technical point of contact, troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing support during critical customer lifecycle phases
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and advocate for better tools and practices to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with healthcare integration technologies, including SSO, FHIR, HL7, OAuth2, and RESTful APIs
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical integration, solutions engineering, or similar role within the healthcare space
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure within health systems and experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, and GCP is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
