Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Technical Leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Own high-impact enterprise engagements, leading complex customer implementations and serving as a technical escalation point
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in a customer-facing technical role with experience in leading complex enterprise implementations
  • 1-3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and navigate high-stakes customer situations
  • Experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
