Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join their Solutions Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive project management for module implementations, ensuring tasks are completed and statuses reported accurately
• Work with customers to identify specific needs and implement tailored solutions
• Perform hands-on configuration of the module, including setup and data management

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS company
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking initiative in a dynamic environment
• Strong technical understanding of platform data connections and data feeds
• Preferred experience with scripting (Python, etc.) and JSON data
