Technical Solutions Manager

Job Summary

To support enterprise customers in their onboarding journey, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Manager will manage data migration processes, build integrations, and develop documentation to enhance efficiency on the Medallion platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise customers in strategizing and executing data migration to the Medallion platform
• Own the end-to-end data migration process, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading of data
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate migration progress

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data modeling and/or migration, particularly with complex data sets
• 4+ years of experience working directly with enterprise clients
• Proven experience writing complex SQL queries and Python scripts
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
• Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company, preferably in a B2B startup environment
