Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and debugging custom JavaScript snippets for clients
Troubleshooting system setups across various platforms and addressing technical inquiries
Identifying root causes of technical issues and taking ownership of escalations

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in technical support, product support, or software engineering
Basic to intermediate JavaScript and HTML experience
Experience querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems is a plus
Basic knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
