Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with Sales and Solution Engineers, the full-time Technical Solutions Specialist will create Professional Services estimates, Statements of Work, and proposal content to address customer needs and drive business growth in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineers to develop Professional Services estimates and proposals for a global portfolio
• Translate customer requirements into practical solutions, defining scope and aligning expectations with cross-functional teams
• Own the end-to-end estimation process, ensuring proposals are accurate and effectively communicate the value of TeamViewer's services

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing solution estimates and customer-facing proposals in a Professional Services environment
• Strong technical and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams
• Proficiency in creating polished proposals and simplifying complex concepts
• Solid understanding of defining scope, timelines, and delivery models
• Experience in IT services or solution estimation, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
