Job Summary

To support client needs, the full-time Technical Solutions Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, provide application support, and serve as a technical advisor in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deep dive into client-reported blockers to identify workarounds and test technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical and data-centric issues, including ETL pipelines and data schemas
  • Participate in client and internal meetings to leverage product expertise for informed decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • Strong understanding of software development and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Experience with support ticket management systems and CRM platforms
  • Operational experience with MS SQL, including script creation and maintenance
  • Ability to train non-technical resources within a customer environment
