Job Summary
To support client needs, the full-time Technical Solutions Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, provide application support, and serve as a technical advisor in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deep dive into client-reported blockers to identify workarounds and test technical solutions
- Troubleshoot technical and data-centric issues, including ETL pipelines and data schemas
- Participate in client and internal meetings to leverage product expertise for informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Strong understanding of software development and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience with support ticket management systems and CRM platforms
- Operational experience with MS SQL, including script creation and maintenance
- Ability to train non-technical resources within a customer environment
