Key Responsibilities

Find and engage various levels and profiles of technical talent
Evaluate and connect talent to multiple companies within the portfolio
Produce talent market maps, dossiers, and reports while maintaining data integrity

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a technical sourcer
Proven track record of building long-term relationships with candidates and recruiters
Ability to work independently
Experience in the crypto ecosystem is a plus
Familiarity with remote, hybrid, and in-person hiring processes
