Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of sourcing engineering talent across at least one domain (Software, Data, Security)
• Skilled in creative search techniques and using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to run structured and professional first-round screens
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
