Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage highly skilled technical talent, focusing on software engineers
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
Conduct initial outreach, qualification, and phone screening calls with passive candidates

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a technical sourcer in the software engineering space
Proven expertise in various sourcing methodologies, including advanced Boolean search
Strong research and analytical abilities to identify target companies and market trends
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools is a plus
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms
