Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and industry events
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for technical roles in software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies based on specific technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the Fintech domain
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
