Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for various IT roles, including software engineering and infrastructure
Build and maintain targeted pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies
Conduct initial outreach and qualification of candidates while tracking engagement in the ATS

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years of IT sourcing experience in technical staffing environments
Experience sourcing for applications development and infrastructure roles
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs
Experience with Loxo is a plus
