Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage high-impact talent across various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build targeted pipelines across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and technical leadership roles
• Partner with Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business needs and talent priorities
• Identify, engage, and nurture passive talent for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of sourcing experience across technical and product-oriented functions
• Demonstrated success in supporting searches in Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and technical leadership
• Ability to build high-quality pipelines for complex, business-critical roles
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; experience with Gem is preferred
• Interest in using AI and new tools to enhance sourcing outcomes
