Proactively sourcing top technical talent, the full-time Technical Sourcer will engage candidates through innovative channels and personalized outreach while managing multiple pipelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn using GitHub, niche forums, and referral networks
• Craft tailored outreach messages that resonate with potential candidates and highlight Vesta's unique value
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define quality standards for candidates and track sourcing performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company
• Demonstrated success in creative and proactive sourcing strategies
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality candidate experiences
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on compelling outreach
• Proficiency in modern sourcing tools and active use of AI in recruitment processes
