Job Summary

As a full-time remote Technical Sourcer, the successful candidate will architect and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent in AI, quantum computing, and cybersecurity, while managing relationships with high-expectation stakeholders to support critical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source world-class frontier tech talent through advanced sourcing techniques and market mapping
• Evangelize the company's mission by effectively communicating its technical vision and culture to potential candidates
• Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to align talent strategies with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in technology companies or specialized search firms
• 4+ years of experience in sourcing for frontier technology profiles, such as AI/ML researchers or quantum scientists
• Proven track record of niche hiring for specialized positions
• Exceptional skills in market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques
• Experience managing relationships with technical executives and engineering leaders
