Technical Sourcer

Job Summary

As a key member of the Engineering, Product, & Design recruiting team, the full-time remote Technical Sourcer will identify, engage, and screen candidates for software engineering, product, and design roles while managing the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively identify and attract candidates for Software Engineering, Product & Design roles
• Source a large pipeline of high-quality candidates for both evergreen and high-priority positions
• Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and manage the interviewing and hiring processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering sourcing experience
• Proven success in sourcing for various engineering roles, including backend, frontend, and DevOps
• Strong experience with ATS platforms, preferably Ashby
• Highly proactive and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
