Technical Sourcer

Job Summary

Proactively identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent, the full-time remote Technical Sourcer will focus on building pipelines for Adobe Experience Cloud and emerging AI technologies while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized Adobe Experience Cloud and AI consulting roles
• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns and conduct initial qualification conversations with prospective candidates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience within consulting, technology, or digital transformation organizations
• Demonstrated success in sourcing highly specialized technical talent
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives effectively
