Owning the top of the funnel for software engineering roles, the full-time Technical Sourcer will engage in candidate outreach, build effective search strategies, and eventually expand sourcing efforts to aircraft-related positions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sourcing for software engineering positions, including backend, frontend, and autonomy roles
- Develop outreach strategies that effectively engage candidates and enhance response rates
- Transition sourcing efforts to include aircraft engineering roles within the first year
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience, primarily in software engineering
- Proven ability to identify and hire unique candidates that others may overlook
- Strong curiosity about aircraft construction and related technologies
- Exceptional writing skills for crafting engaging outreach messages
