Technical Sourcer and Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates across various technical domains and build candidate pipelines
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the process
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve workflows and maintain a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related talent acquisition role
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
• Experience managing candidates in an ATS and coordinating interviews
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to technical hiring in areas like Engineering, Product, Data, or Design is a plus
