Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract Software Engineering, Product & Design candidates
• Source a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various engineering roles
• Engage and vet technical candidates while managing the interview and hiring processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering sourcing experience
• Proven success sourcing for various Engineering roles including backend, frontend, and AI Engineers
• Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
• Highly proactive and resourceful, thriving in a fast-moving startup environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
