Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer (Games-Western Hemisphere) on a contingent contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source game development talent across the Americas and LATAM regions
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical alignment and prepare candidate summaries for recruiter handoff
• Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines and collaborate with recruiters on hiring priorities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter with a focus on sourcing
• Proven experience sourcing for game development roles
• Strong understanding of various game development disciplines
• Advanced Boolean or Xray search and sourcing techniques
• Experience conducting early-stage candidate screening
