Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer (Leadership) for a remote, contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent aligned with key company priorities
  • Collaborate across multiple business groups and industries, demonstrating expertise in more than one industry or technical vertical
  • Perform in-depth research, industry calibration, and reference checks to ensure targeting of top talent in the external market
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in the technology industry is required
  • Experience with executive recruiting is preferred, particularly in an executive search agency or corporate team
  • Experience in Software Engineering (Enterprise or Hyper-scaler Grade) and/or Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center/Cloud Infrastructure is necessary
