Job Summary
To support the Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures, the full-time home-based Technical Specialist will conduct research and analysis, develop evidence-based resources, and contribute to the creation of an integrated disclosure framework aimed at addressing social impacts and inequalities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify research needs and conduct studies to inform the Taskforce's objectives and framework
- Develop and manage the Taskforce's Resource Hub, ensuring access to relevant evidence and materials
- Engage with research partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing
Required qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Anthropology, Psychology, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, or social impact analysis
- Proven experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research related to social issues in business and finance
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning and resource management
- Fluency in English is required
