Technical Specialist

Job Summary

Conducting research and analysis to support the Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures, the full-time Technical Specialist will develop evidence-based resources, manage partnerships, and contribute to technical deliverables in a home-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Identify research needs and gaps to inform the development of the Disclosure Framework
• Build and manage a network of research partners to stimulate new initiatives aligned with TISFD objectives
• Draft publications and support stakeholder engagement related to the Taskforce's technical deliverables

Required qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Anthropology, Psychology, or a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, or social impact analysis
• Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research related to social issues in business and finance
• Proven track record in project management, including planning and resource management
• Fluency in English at a working level
