Job Summary
To support the Content and Enablement team, the full-time Technical Specialist will manage project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality deliverables in the Coordination of Benefits (COB) area.
Key responsibilities
- Manages processes related to special initiative projects, including product configuration and quality review
- Investigates and responds to project-related inquiries while generating project status updates
- Monitors product usage post-implementation and collaborates with stakeholders on implementation success
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; B.S., B.A., or advanced degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent Cotiviti experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
