Technical Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Content and Enablement team, the full-time Technical Specialist will manage project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality deliverables in the Coordination of Benefits (COB) area.

Key responsibilities

• Manages processes related to special initiative projects, including product configuration and quality review
• Investigates and responds to project-related inquiries while generating project status updates
• Monitors product usage post-implementation and collaborates with stakeholders on implementation success

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; B.S., B.A., or advanced degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent Cotiviti experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
