Job Summary

Managing special initiative projects, the full-time Technical Specialist will oversee product configuration, quality reviews, and project documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages processes related to special initiative projects, including product configuration and quality review
• Investigates and responds to inquiries for assigned projects, generating project status updates
• Monitors product usage post-implementation and partners with internal teams to assess implementation success

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; B.S., B.A., or advanced degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or at Cotiviti
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on complex problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
