Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Specialist II to provide remote support for technical and service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist on-site technicians with troubleshooting, installation, and repair of printers and related hardware/software
- Diagnose and resolve issues with various types of printers and kiosks
- Maintain accurate service records and perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software
- Electromechanical experience is a plus
- Experience in repairing laser and wide-format printers, as well as Xerox technology printers
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
