Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Specialist II to provide remote support for technical and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on-site technicians with troubleshooting, installation, and repair of printers and related hardware/software
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with various types of printers and kiosks
  • Maintain accurate service records and perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software
  • Electromechanical experience is a plus
  • Experience in repairing laser and wide-format printers, as well as Xerox technology printers
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
