Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations for a customer-focused technical team, the full-time remote Technical Specialist Supervisor will manage resource allocation, ensure quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in global clinical trial support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities and allocate resources effectively to meet project plans
• Build and develop a skilled workforce while setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations
• Oversee resolution of customer issues and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 or more years of professional experience in a scientific or laboratory environment
• 1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
