Technical Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of Technical Staff, Research Tooling & Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the exploratory data analysis (EDA) platform end-to-end, including architecture, infrastructure, feature development, and operations
• Optimize query performance and integrate with new data warehouses to enhance scalability
• Design and implement features that assist ML researchers in data sourcing and evaluation processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in a backend-focused software engineering role
• Strong experience in at least two of the following areas: platform/infrastructure, ML domain knowledge, or product engineering
• Understanding of ML workflows, model training, and dataset management
• Experience with cloud primitives and container orchestration
• Ability to build intuitive user experiences with a focus on product thinking
