Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Member of Technical Staff, Coding Research to design evaluation frameworks, lead research initiatives on coding model performance, and develop high-quality datasets for frontier coding agents.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own evaluation frameworks for coding agents, including benchmarks and quality standards
- Lead research initiatives to measure and improve coding model performance across software engineering tasks
- Analyze model behavior and develop tooling to support large-scale experimentation and evaluation pipelines
Required qualifications
- Strong software engineering background with expertise in Python, C++, or similar programming languages
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research
- Experience designing or validating technical assessments and evaluation methodologies
- Familiarity with large language models and model evaluation systems
- Proven ability to build tooling and automate workflows for technical processes
