Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI will collaborate as a research partner within enterprise AI systems, focusing on identifying system failure modes, designing high-signal datasets, and running experimental cycles to enhance performance.
Key responsibilities
- Embed within enterprise AI workflows to collaborate with domain experts and client teams
- Surface and prioritize system failure modes in real-world deployments
- Design datasets and evaluation protocols to address identified weaknesses and validate improvements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
- Experience in designing datasets and evaluation frameworks for ML systems
- Strong judgment for research signal quality, including data selection and evaluation design
- Ability to translate ambiguous operational issues into structured research problems
- Familiarity with RL environments and/or agentic system evaluation
